Leïla Haye

Leïla Haye is a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar. She has a dual university education in French and Italian law. She holds a bilingual Master in European law with a specialization in business law from Paris Nanterre University and a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from the University of Bologna.

Leïla’s main area of expertise is French company law. She assists Italian companies in France, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, at every stage of their legal life, from company formation to dissolution, including restructuring and mergers. She also assists companies in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

While continuing to practice independently, Leïla has been a Consultant at Arigoni Avocats since 2024.

She works in English, French, and Italian.
