Clémence Larrieu

Clémence Larrieu is a French-Italian lawyer at the Paris Bar. Passionate about construction law, Clémence assists project owners and companies in both advisory and litigation matters. In particular, she participates in the drafting of project management contracts and negotiates the administrative aspects of works contracts, which she monitors until project completion.

Clémence also assists companies in drafting and negotiating commercial and professional leases.

In litigation, she acts both as plaintiff and defendant, at the expert assessment stage, whether amicable or judicial, but also in proceedings on the merits, for the enforcement of legal guarantees.

While continuing to practice independently, Clémence has been Consultant at Arigoni Avocats since 2022.
