Alexandre Allais

Alexandre Allais is a solicitor at the Rennes Bar. He practices corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate insolvency.

He provides day-to-day support to companies and their managers in all areas of corporate law, particularly in relation to long-term financing transactions (capital restructuring and external growth), as well as other routine transactions.

Trained in business law at the University of Nantes, Alexandre also has a background in economics and finance, enabling him to provide pragmatic solutions to the issues he tackles.

While continuing to practice independently, Alexandre has been a Consultant at Arigoni Avocats since 2023.
